Delivery and returns

Delivery

• We deliver to UK addresses only.
• Tracked delivery costs £3.95, and it’s free on orders over £30.
• Everything is printed to order. We post within 5 working days of your order, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after that.
• We email you tracking details as soon as your order is posted.
• Sending a gift? Enter the recipient’s address at checkout. The parcel doesn’t include a price.

If something’s wrong

Each piece is checked and packed carefully, but if yours arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@3dprintedphotos.com within 14 days with your order reference and a photo. We’ll reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

Returns

Our prints are personalised, made from your own photo, so the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply once your order is placed. If you’ve made a mistake, email us straight away: if we haven’t started printing, we’ll happily cancel and refund.
