Your order
- Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation after payment. That email forms our contract.
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is shown before you pay.
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- If we can’t make your order, for example because a photo breaks the rules below, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Launch offer
- Our first 100 orders get half price on every item in the order. Postage is charged as normal, and free delivery still applies to orders worth over £30 at full price.
- The number of places left is shown on the site. A place is held for an hour while you’re at checkout, and counts once your payment goes through.
- Full prices apply once the 100 places are taken.
- Orders placed with a voucher code also take one of the 100 places.
Voucher codes
- A voucher code makes one item in your order free (the highest priced one), with free UK delivery. Any other items are charged as normal.
- Each code can be used once, before the expiry date in the email it came with. Codes have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
Your photos
- You confirm that you took the photo, or have permission from whoever owns it, and that anyone shown in it would be happy for it to be printed.
- We won’t print anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may cancel and refund such orders.
- We use your photos only to make your order, and delete them as set out in our privacy notice.
What to expect
- Each piece is 3D printed to order. The preview is an accurate guide, but small differences in brightness and faint layer lines are a natural part of how they’re made, not faults.
- How it looks depends on the light behind it.
- All our prints are made from PLA plastic, which can soften or warp with heat. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from radiators, heaters and other sources of heat, and don’t use lithophanes with real candles. Damage caused by heat or sunlight isn’t a fault.
- The LED light stand runs from a USB power supply. Keep it dry, and don’t leave young children with it unsupervised.
Cancellations, returns and faults
- Because our prints are personalised, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations doesn’t apply. If you contact us before we start printing, we’ll cancel and refund anyway.
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll reprint or refund it. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms affects them.
Our responsibility
We’re responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don’t exclude liability for anything the law doesn’t allow us to, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
